Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to set forth the following general provisions to cover the circumstances and limitations under which extra compensation may be appropriate.


Policy

When an employee performs duties or services different from regular responsibilities and outside regular working hours, the employee may be considered for extra compensation provided this work has been recommended by an appropriate administrator and receives final written approval from the president.
