Purpose

The Faculty Promotion Appeals Committee will hear the appeal from any faculty member regarding any conflicts, discrepancies, or disagreements occurring during the faculty promotion evaluation process. The committee will investigate and make a recommendation to the president. The chair will be elected by the committee members.

Faculty Promotion Appeals Committee will meet as needed.

Membership

One faculty member representing the Faculty Promotion Review Committee

Two faculty members appointed by the president

Two faculty members elected by the faculty at large
