Responsible Executive Officer: Vice President for Strategic Communications & Effectiveness                                  

Purpose

The Walters State Website Committee is responsible for overseeing, interpreting, and revising website policy.

The committee is responsible for acting as an authoritative body for website policy compliance.

The committee will meet as necessary to review and update the Walters State Website Policy and Guide.  It will also meet to resolve any questions, problems or grievances that are submitted in writing to the committee chair concerning website policy, management, or other issues that may arise concerning the website’s maintenance and operation.  Certain issues or grievances may be referred to the Tennessee Board of Regents for review and counsel.  The Website Committee will review appeals and make recommendations to the college president in accordance with the Walters State Website Policy and Guide.

The Website Committee shall meet as needed.
