CULN 1010 - Introduction to Hospitality and Culinary

This course is designed to introduce students to the many facets of hospitality which includes a variety of career opportunities. It also introduces students to periodicals and other literature in the hospitality and culinary fields. Through lectures and demonstrations, students begin to learn culinary history, organizational skills in the kitchen and equipment care and operation.
