MATH 2050♦ - Probability and Statistical Applications

A statistics course that includes the study of descriptive statistics, probability and probability distributions, confidence intervals, hypothesis tests, correlation and regression, simple index numbers, tests for independence, and an introduction to time series and process control. Applications will be business oriented. Students cannot receive credit for both MATH 2050 and ECON 2210 and should consult their advisor for correct course prefix.
