HITC 2060 - Health Information Technology Practice II3 credit(s)
This course contains clinical experiences simulated or supervised in clinical facilities. The student is given the opportunity to gain knowledge and skill in release of information, utilization review, patient care evaluation procedures, supervisory duties, ambulatory care settings and psych/drug rehab settings. Increased proficiency in coding skills is also emphasized.
