Engineering Technology Electrical/Electronics, A.A.S. (Engineering Technology)

The Electrical/Electronics concentration emphasizes technical skills needed in an industrial environment where trouble-shooting abilities and a knowledge of electrical concepts are required. The concentration includes classroom theoretical instruction supplemented by extensive hands-on laboratory training.

Students with higher education credit that is not readily transferable can still be awarded credit through a departmental transcript review or through departmental proficiency examinations. Students must meet with a program advisor to request the transcript review or proficiency examinations.

This program is designed for the student who does not intend to transfer to a baccalaureate degree program.
