Purpose
The Executive Council is charged with discussing any matters concerning the total institution and advising the President on such matters. The council may refer certain items that need particular attention to appropriate college committees, units, or individual administrators or faculty. Executive Council provides oversight to the college’s Strategic Planning and Continuous Improvement for Institutional Effectiveness processes, as set forth in Policy No. 08:23:00.
Executive Council shall meet on the second Wednesday of each calendar month or on a regular schedule selected by the president.
