Purpose
The purposes and objectives of the Walters State Community College Foundation are in general to promote and support literary, scientific, educational scholarship, research, charitable and developmental purposes and objectives at Walters State Community College.
Walters State Community College Foundation shall meet twice a year, once in the Spring and once in the Fall.
Membership
Trustees of the Foundation are elected by a majority vote of the Foundation membership. A maximum of 149 voting members serving three-year terms with suggested rotation.
Trustees may also serve on one or more of the following committees:
