Specifically, the Upper East Tennessee Law Enforcement Executives Council advises the division chair with reference to the Regional Law Enforcement Training Academy and the Specialized Law Enforcement Education program in conjunction with certification requirements of the Tennessee Peace Officer Standards and Training Commission.
