The importance and utilization of the world’s leading crops are covered in this course. It is a study of basic plant structure, growth, reproduction and classification of plants economically important to agriculture. Much of the student’s laboratory time will be used to study local crops, their management, production problems and marketing of these crops. S 3 hours lecture / 2 hours laboratory
