FIPT 2990 - Fire Protection Capstone

This course is designed as an end-of-program review of material. Projects such as: portfolio and resume creation, mentoring to a four-year institution, and a critical review of the literature on a current issue in the fire service area are to be completed prior to taking the exit examination. (include preparation for the exit examination - this will be taken the same semester as the student graduation.) The critical review of the literature will be a seven to ten page term paper. This course allows for one-on-one mentoring of the student to facilitate the student’s goals and objectives. This will be a self-paced course with deadlines set by the course professor. As Needed.
