This course focuses on skills, knowledge and resources needed to effectively manage facilities energy use. It includes updates on the latest technologies in lighting, software and HVAC. Areas in lighting will cover both interior and exterior lighting as related to the latest technologies. HVACR control strategy will be covered. Equipment and components used to provide facilities services will be studied in detail. As needed. (NIT)
