The purpose of this certificate is to prepare students for manufacturing processes involving automated equipment and systems. Skills covered in this program include manual and computer numerical control machining basics and programmable logic controller programming, along with the basics of electrical circuitry, robotics, and input/output devices used in automated systems.
This program is designed for the student who does not intend to transfer to a baccalaureate degree program.
