The purpose of this certificate is to prepare students for leadership positions in a manufacturing enterprise. Skills covered in this program include the foundations of lean Manufacturing and Operations Management, manufacturing processes; basic project management, statistical process control, and root cause analysis and problem solving.
This program is designed for the student who does not intend to transfer to a baccalaureate degree program.
