Pre-Physical Therapy

Designed to prepare students for the first two years of a three or four year pre-physical therapy program. A baccalaureate degree will be required before admission to the Doctor of Physical Therapy program. Students should check with an advisor for specific admission requirements at the institution of interest.

Completion of the above courses satisfies requirements for the A.S. degree. The following will be required prior to entry into a Physical Therapy program and can be taken at Walters State: Note(s):
- Students are required to meet computer competency during the first 30 hours of coursework. INFS 1010 satisfies the college’s computer competency requirement.
- Learning Support courses must be taken every semester until completed.
