The Associate of Applied Science degree program in Public Safety provides educational opportunities for individuals presently working in the field of public safety. The concentration has a common core of course work designed to provide a fundamental background in general education and specific course work in public safety.
This program is designed for the student who does not intend to transfer to a baccalaureate degree program.

1 General Education electives in each category must be chosen from approved courses listed in the General Education Program .
2 Students should consult a faculty advisor to determine appropriate course selections. Note(s):
- Students are required to meet computer competency during the first 30 hours of coursework. INFS 1010 satisfies the college’s computer competency requirement.
- Learning Support courses must be taken every semester until completed.
