Purpose

To establish the process for submitting final grades.


Policy

Final grades are submitted electronically at a time so designated by the Records Office in accordance with each part or term. After the grading period has ended, a grade may not be changed without the approval of the instructor, the academic dean, and the vice president for Academic Affairs.
