Purpose

To provide directives for student wishing to change academic programs.

Policy

A student who changes program objectives will require a change of major. The student must complete a change of major form and return the form to the Enrollment Services Office (SSB U109). A change of major form may be picked up in the Enrollment Services Office, Counseling and Testing Center (SSB U141), and at other campus sites, or obtained online. 09/06; 08/12; 05/16
