Responsible Executive Officer: Vice President for Student Services                                                                              

Purpose

The Student Services Committee is charged with regulating and administering the affairs of the student body, which are co-curricular with the academic divisions. Specifically, the committee is responsible for the following primary areas:

Establishing and revising the guidelines included in the Handbook for Campus Organizations;
Planning and coordinating all student co-curricular activities;
Providing oversight for the expenditure of Student Activity Fee monies;
Student Services Committee shall meet once per semester.


Membership

Vice President for Student Services, Chair

Coordinator of Student Activities 

Coordinator of High School Relations and Student Services

Director of Athletics

One Business & Finance representative

President of the Student Government Association

Two members elected by the faculty-at-large

Two students designated by the Student Government Association
