FIRE 2340 - Leadership Development

Presenting the company officer with the basic leadership skills and behaviors needed to perform effectively in the fire service environment. The course includes problem-solving skills and behaviors, identify and assess the needs of the company officer’s subordinates and decision making skills for the company officer. Prerequisite(s): Completion of all Learning Support competencies in Reading and Writing or instructor approval. As needed. (NIT)
