CULA 2540 - Meat Merchandising3 credit(s)
This course will prepare the student to successfully fabricate, prepare, present, and display a variety of raw and cooked meats for sale in a variety of retail settings. Customer service techniques will also be discussed. Prerequisite(s): CULA 2510 and CULA 2520. As Needed. (NIT) 1 hour lecture/4.5 lab
