Hospitality Management - Hotel Mgmt or Food & Beverage Mgmt

The Hospitality Management technical certificate is designed to provide fundamental skills in hotel or food & beverage operations. Employment is broadly available for service-minded people with a positive work ethic. The coursework completed for the technical certificate will apply to the Associate of Applied Science degree in Hospitality Management. Additionally, the certificate includes coursework in human resources and management principles, affording students fundamental business knowledge immediately applicable in the industry.

Factors that affect your progression include required Learning Support courses, your choices regarding campus location, course delivery method, and the days and times selected to take classes.
