ITEE 1320 - DC Electrical Circuits

3 credit(s)

A study of unit conversions and the analysis of electrical parameters such as resistance, voltage, current, and power in series, parallel, and series-parallel resistive DC circuits. Analysis will be accomplished by applying network theorems such as Thevenin’s Theorem to solve capacitor/inductor charging and discharging DC circuits. The conversion of voltage sources to current sources and also current sources to voltage sources will be covered. Prerequisite(s): Completion of Developmental Mathematics courses, if applicable Corequisite(s): ITEE 1321 F
3 hours lecture
