AGRM 2010/2011 - Pests and Pesticides

Compliance with EPA regulations in the safe use, storage, and disposal of pesticides are emphasized along with Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and Best Management Practices (BMP). Also, identification and control of major insect, disease, and weed problems affecting turfgrass and ornamental horticulture. Upon completion of the course students will be given the opportunity to take the certification exam for turf and ornamental horticulture (category) 03. S. (T)
